By using the CPEN 321 M1 App ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

The App is a student project created for CPEN 321 at the University of British Columbia. It is provided for educational and demonstration purposes only and is not a commercial service.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its server

4. Availability

The App may be changed, interrupted, or shut down at any time without notice, including at the end of the course.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, secure, or always available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove access to the App for anyone who violates these terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
